About The Role:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Providing strategic legal advice and guidance on commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis on regulatory and compliance issues impacting clients' business operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve optimal legal outcomes for clients.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in commercial law.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of PQE in commercial
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and commercial regulations.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
