Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong focus on data-driven operations, and they need an experienced Project Coordinator to hit the ground running. This is a contract role based on Auckland's North Shore, offering a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in the office per week.

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating and supporting data projects from initiation through to delivery
  • Leading onboarding processes and ensuring smooth integration of data workflows
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of data dashboards
  • Driving data governance practices and ensuring compliance across the team
To be successful in this role, you'll have/bring:
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally within data-focused environments
  • Hands-on experience with data workflows and dashboarding tools
  • A solid understanding of data governance principles and best practices
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
