Nurse (RN or LPN with experience) for an Internal Medicine office in : 2 days per week (approximately 20 hours per week) Thursday and Friday. Wonderful part time opportunity for a RN or experienced LPN or a retired nurse who wants to get back into the medical environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with patients performing basic tests for a physical exam.
- Contact patients with laboratory test results.
- Communicate with the physician regarding patient care.
-Maintain accurate patient medical records.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Compassionate and able to develop a rapport with the patients.
- MUST have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and be a team player.
