Seeking a full-time BC/BE General Surgeon to join a well-established, growing surgical practice in Northwest Indiana, offering a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence, professional autonomy, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

  • Established, growing surgical group with strong mentorship and collegial support
  • Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with flexible Monday–Friday structure
  • Average clinic volume of ~15 patients per day
  • Shared call rotation approximately 1:5
  • Opportunity to practice a full scope of general surgery in a well-supported system
