Data Engineer (f/m/d)

Here’s your chance to join! We’re looking for our Client, a leading company in its sector for a Data Engineer (all genders) to become part of the cross-functional, fully agile application development team. It will be a permanent full-time position with a fully remote option.

YOUR TASKS: 

• Responsible for a in-house developed Customer Data Platform (CDP) based on the cloud-based Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Developing concepts for storing and processing both existing data from various data sources and real-time data streams in the Snowflake Data Warehouse.
• Implementation, maintenance and operation of data pipelines (ELT approach) and processes.
• Further development of individual components of the CDP and adaptation to the target infrastructure.
• Implementation and operation of ETL processes for the collection, storage, maintenance, preparation, enrichment and
  distribution of data.
• Maintain and monitor components of our data infrastructure from data source to visualization.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Quick orientation in new complex situations and never lose sight of the goals. Ideally, you have also led complex IT projects to success in recent years.
• Analytical skills as well as a structured and method-based way of working
• Sound knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and SQL (PostgreSQL, Snowflake).
• Confident handling of common methods for aggregation and data.
• High level of initiative and the ability to learn new things independently.
• You are a team player, can communicate confidently with stakeholders and have good German and very good English skills.
