IT System Engineer (Server Engineer)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise systems across Windows environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure
• Lead and support cloud migration initiatives, including transitioning on-prem systems into Azure-based environments
• Manage and optimize system performance, monitoring, backup/recovery, and identity management solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and support ongoing infrastructure modernization

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience administering and engineering Windows-based environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP required)
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise system support
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and system automation
• Experience with or exposure to Azure cloud environments, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and endpoint management tools (Intune or SCCM preferred)
