Perigon Group is proud to be partnering with NAK Hair on an exciting Social & Community Manager opportunity based in Brisbane.
As one of Australia’s fastest-growing independent beauty brands, NAK Hair is entering an exciting phase of international growth across Australia, the UK and US markets. As the brand continues to scale, they are looking for a creative, commercially minded and hands-on social media professional to help drive brand awareness, community engagement and creator partnerships across TikTok and Instagram.
This is a role for someone who combines creative instinct with commercial thinking, someone equally comfortable shaping ideas, capturing content, engaging creators and analysing what’s driving growth.
About the Role
Working closely with Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll play a key role in bringing the NAK Hair brand to life across social platforms, creators and community.
Key areas of focus include:
• Leading day-to-day social content execution across TikTok and Instagram
• Creating, capturing and directing engaging short-form content
• Building and scaling influencer gifting and micro-creator programs
• Growing online community engagement and brand advocacy
• Supporting campaigns, launches, activations and brand storytelling
• Identifying trends, platform opportunities and emerging content formats
• Tracking social performance, engagement and growth metrics
• Supporting international growth initiatives across Australia, UK and US markets
This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment where ideas are encouraged and agility is valued.
About You
You’ll bring experience across social media, content, influencer or community-focused roles, ideally within beauty, fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands.
You are someone who:
• Understands TikTok, Instagram and short-form content culture
• Knows how to create content that connects and performs
• Has experience with influencer gifting, creator engagement or community growth
• Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable getting hands-on
• Can balance creative thinking with commercial outcomes
• Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Has strong visual judgment and brand awareness
• Takes ownership and doesn’t require heavy direction
