We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Brand & Communications Coordinator to join a central Brand & Communications team.
This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring that all client-facing and internal materials—including presentations, tenders, pitches, and other documentation—are consistently produced to the highest standard and fully aligned with brand identity. You'll play a vital part in supporting communications across a national network, with excellent training and a collaborative team to help you succeed.

A Little Bit About the Role

• Prepare, format, style, and produce high-quality, on-brand presentations, tenders, proposals, and pitch documents
• Support creation and maintenance of templates, house-styled documents, and presentation decks used across the business
• Collaborate with Brand & Communications and other teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with content strategy
• Act as a central point of quality control for all corporate documents
• Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback on document workflows and suggesting template or efficiency enhancements
• Work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure materials are visually engaging, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines

Getting to Know You

• Significant experience in corporate document production, formatting, and styling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Strong eye for detail with a passion for precision and consistency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Creative, proactive, and confident with excellent organisational skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools and workflows while maintaining a people-focused approach
• High standards for accuracy, speed, and quality when producing documents
