Project Manager - QS

We are working with an international sub-contractor who possess a prestigious portfolio of clients globally.

The Director is expanding the team in Hong Kong, and we are searching for solid Project Manager with fit out backgrounds, preferably a QS by trade with some exposure to retail or corporate projects.

This person just be hands on, hard working with the ability to multitask and oversee a project to deadline and quality.

With the ability to take on the below responsibilities:

• Supporting and assisting the Commercial and Project Management Teams in the implementation of strategic procedures, practices, and policies
• Willing to work hands, on site and willing to lead teams internally and externally.
• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with Project delivery teams, internal and external delivery partners, and the supply chain.
• Ensuring contract documents are prepared in accordance with best practice and procedures and are fully executed prior to project commencement.
• Ensuring appropriate methods are in place to identify change, implementing the change control process and agreement in line with contract requirements and commercial procedures.
• Overseeing stakeholders and managing expectations.

Experience we are looking for:

• You will need to have experience in corporate fit out works at a project level, be an excellent communicator both written and oral with relevant Quantity Surveying qualification, status and experience preferable.
• Experience and knowledge of retail contracts is preferable however full training will be provided.
• Hands on approach to managing projects.
• Hong Kong work experience is preferable.
• Ability to work in a demanding work environment.
