We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and hands-on Accounting Specialist/ HR Administrator to oversee daily office operations and manage core accounting and administrative functions for a growing business. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing bookkeeping, payroll, customer service, vendor coordination, HR support, and general office management responsibilities while helping keep the business running smoothly and efficiently.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist/ HR Administrator job in Canton, OH:
Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Prepare deposits and maintain cash flow records
  • Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
