The Role
This is a senior, hands‑on property management role overseeing a well‑maintained residential portfolio. You’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of your properties while also acting as a key point of support within the property management team. The role would suit an experienced Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, problem‑solving and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Duties & Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
- Conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Handling VCAT/SACAT matters where required
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and agency procedures
- Assisting with mentoring or supporting junior team members as needed
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of South Australian residential tenancy legislation
- Current SA property management registration
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills
- Confident managing a portfolio with minimal supervision
- Professional, calm and solutions‑focused approach
- Experience with modern property management software preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
