We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator for a fixed-term position who is an industry leading organisation.
Your Typical Day:
- End-to-End Recruitment activities (including co-ordination of advertising, shortlisting, interviews, appointments, aptitude testing, reference checks, clothing issues, document compliance etc.
- Timecard Management
- Create and run recruitment campaigns and manage talent pipelines
- Maintain compliance and recruitment data
- Administration - drafting & issuing contracts, employee filing
- Offering a desirable salary and benefits

- Experience working in a dynamic organisation located in a beautiful tropical region with great employee benefits.
- Two plus years' experience in recruitment
- Worked in a high-volume recruitment environment
