About the Role  
As a Recruitment Business Partner within our Talent Solutions team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies and delivering exceptional outcomes for our partners. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, managing end-to-end recruitment processes while building strong partnerships with both existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities  

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior roles with a strong client and candidate experience lens 

• Build trusted partnerships with HR and executive leaders, shaping talent strategies and engaging in strategic conversations 

• Collaborate with our support team on sourcing, screening, compliance, and onboarding 
• Prioritise and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Drive growth by achieving individual and team recruitment targets, contributing to practice profitability 

• Contribute to the growth and visibility in the Melbourne market through client development, networking, and thought leadership.
• Provide market insights and strategic advice to help partners attract and retain top talent.

About You 

• You’re a confident, warm, experienced recruiter who thrives in consultative environments. You’ve successfully recruited across multiple disciplines and are comfortable partnering with CPOs, HR Managers, and senior stakeholders. Whether you’ve come from agency, internal talent, or RPO, you bring strategic thinking, deep care for the candidate experience, and the ability to work in an organised and independent way while being part of a team.
