A highly regarded boutique firm, located just outside the Perth CBD, is seeking a Senior Commercial Lawyer (7+ years PAE) to join its dynamic and forward-thinking team. Known for delivering exceptional legal services, this firm works closely with a wide range of clients across numerous industry sectors, offering a diverse and rewarding practice environment.

About the Role

This role will see you working on a wide range of matters, including:

• General commercial transactions

• Corporate structuring and transactions

• Wills, estate planning, and succession

• Business restructuring and insolvency

• Tax and trusts

• Joint ventures and private business matters

• General commercial contracting

You’ll be advising private businesses, start-ups, NFPs, and high-net-worth individuals across industries such as mining, technology, engineering, finance, and healthcare.

About You

You will bring a minimum of 7 years post-admission experience, ideally gained in a reputable commercial or corporate practice, and will demonstrate:

• Strong drafting and technical legal skills

• A commercial, client-focused approach

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Sound experience in both corporate and commercial law

• A strong understanding of the Corporations Act

• Proven ability to manage client relationships independently

• A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude

• Experience working with both public and private companies
