About the role
Newly created, this role serves will play a key part in improving the operational and financial reporting of a growing organisation, working with stakeholders to identify and leverage financial insights to identify opportunities for the business and break down complex financial information of non-finance people. Reporting directly to the CFO and supporting a small finance team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your role and have a direct impact on an organisation providing valuable support to vulnerable communities.
Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operational teams to understand financial impacts and drive process improvements
  • Develop and enhance reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies
  • Support the finance team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
About you
  • CA/CPA qualified (or near to), you will have proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong capability in process improvement and stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into operational insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
