This role will suit a hands-on payroll leader who thrives in managing high-volume payroll operations and supporting a collaborative team environment. You will oversee a team of senior payroll professionals responsible for processing payroll for approximately 6,000 employees across weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.

- Drive payroll process improvements and support system optimisation initiatives
- Proven experience leading payroll teams within large, high-volume environments
- Strong end-to-end payroll knowledge across multiple pay frequencies
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance
