Responsibilities
- Act as a key Finance Systems contact for Oracle optimisation, user support and process improvement
- Work with Finance stakeholders to identify manual processes, system gaps and improvement opportunities
- Improve Oracle workflows, approvals, controls and finance process efficiency
- Support process uplift across GL, P2P, O2C, AP, AR, reconciliations, month end and broader finance operations
- Partner with Technology, Data and external providers to resolve system issues and improve service delivery
- Support improvements across Cash Management, lease accounting and system-driven controls
- Train Finance users, document processes and build stronger internal capability
- Support testing, enhancements, change management and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong Oracle Fusion or Oracle Financials experience
- Good understanding of finance processes including GL, P2P, O2C, AP, AR, reconciliations, month end and controls
- Experience improving workflows, approvals, controls, user adoption or system efficiency
- Ability to work closely with Finance users and translate process issues into system improvements
- Confidence working with Technology, Data and external support partners
- Experience with Cash Management, lease accounting, integrations or booking/billing system flows into GL will be highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and documentation skills
- Hands-on, practical and improvement focused approach
