Apply directWe are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. This role requires hands-on experience across backend and frontend development, strong architectural thinking, and a commitment to high-quality, reliable software delivery.
This position is hybrid in Columbus OH and is NOT open to C2C candidates
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node.js
- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript
- Architect and implement solutions utilizing both relational and NoSQL databases
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker
- Integrate distributed services and event-driven systems using Kafka
- Lead by example in applying Test Driven Development (TDD) and Agile best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, UX, and QA, to deliver business-critical features
- Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers through guidance, code reviews, and promotion of engineering best practices
- Continuously improve system architecture, code quality, and development processes
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensure system observability, and drive effective incident resolution
- Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for pushing technical boundaries
