We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Engineer with hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable data for analytics and business intelligence.

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Engineer with hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data warehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable data for analytics and business intelligence.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data warehouse architectures and data pipelines.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to ingest data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dimensional data models (star/snowflake schemas)
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Optimize query performance and storage efficiency
- Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and performance bottlenecks
- Document data processes, models, and system architecture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data engineering/data warehousing.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (or strong experience with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Power BI with transition to Fabric).
- Strong proficiency in SQL skills and relational databases, including performance tuning and complex query development.
- Experience designing dimensional data models for analytics.
- Proficiency with Power BI semantic models and DAX fundamentals.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines/tools in a cloud environment (e.g. Informatica, Talend, dbt, or similar)
- Experience with Python or Spark (for Fabric notebooks).
- Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse)
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques and best practices
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell
- Familiarity with data orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
