Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee audits, compliance, and HIQA standards
- Lead staff training, development, and performance
- Support clinical governance and best practice
- Manage health & safety, fire procedures, and hygiene standards
- Engage with community stakeholders and support occupancy growth
- Assist with recruitment and cover the Director of Nursing when required
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with 3+ years’ management experience in older person care
- Management qualification in healthcare or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Flexible, proactive, and team-focused approach
