Community based healthcare provider is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician for their location just outside of Fresno, CA

The physicians at the Clinic provide personalized, comprehensive outpatient primary care under the guidance of the Medical Director. They deliver primary care services to a multicultural, multilingual patient population, ensuring an excellent experience for all patients. The Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Central California, offers an integrated care model that includes Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Optometry, and Dentistry. Discounted pharmacy services are also available for uninsured patients. Each patient has a dedicated healthcare team working collaboratively to provide seamless, coordinated care focused on overall wellness. The Clinic serves a diverse population across all ages, income levels, and diagnoses, providing nearly 112,047 visits for underserved adults and children in one year. With well-equipped facilities and a professional practice management team, the Clinic prioritizes quality, evidence-based care and has achieved the highest level of certification under the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model.
- Hours are M-F, no call
- Can see up to 24 patients per day
- Loan repayment program through NHSC & CAL Health Cares
- Other services offered at this location include behavioral health, insurance enrollment and health education & nutrition
- J1 & H1b sponsorship available
- Salary starts at $240-270K range, more depending on experience
