Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join supporting a major transformation program.
The Program Coordinator will support the delivery and administration of key government programs by providing high-level coordination, communication, and administrative assistance.
This role ensures the smooth operation of program activities, supports team members with day-to-day needs, and assists in meeting reporting and compliance requirements. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills to manage program data, coordinate meetings, and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
You will work closely with the Program Director, Program team, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance delivery excellence across pre-discovery, discovery, and implementation phases. The role focuses on enabling the successful adoption of new service delivery models, improving program transparency, and ensuring efficient execution aligned to strategic objectives.
 
Key Selection Criteria:
 
Experience in Program Coordination in a transformation environment
Proven experience in program administration
Experience working in a portfolio or PMO environment supporting Project Managers and Program Leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
