Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for shower and balcony re-grouting
- Present and explain the company’s services, highlighting the value and benefits of our solutions
- Build strong client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective closing techniques
- Provide accurate quotes and ensure timely follow-up on leads
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in-home or field sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and understand client needs
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Valid driver’s license (company car provided)
- Basic computer skills for managing customer records and reporting
- Knowledge of the home improvement or construction industry is advantageous, but not essential
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
