A well-established banking client is hiring for a Japanese-speaking Client Solutions Manager to join their Prime Services team based in Hong Kong.
The successful candidate will be responsible for as the main contact for institutional clients. Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and supporting new product rollouts. You’ll lead client onboarding to go-live, deliver ongoing support across trading activities, credit monitoring, and regulatory updates. Partner with the relevant key stakeholders in other business units to enhance workflows, drive automation, and influence product development.
The ideal candidate comes with at least 6+ years relevant experience in client relationship management from a prime brokerage services background. Strong product knowledge across different financial markets products a must. Japanese fluency is required for the role as you will need to manage native Japanese clients. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
