We are currently recruiting for a growing electrical and renewable energy contractor delivering commercial electrical, solar, battery storage, and EV charging projects across Sydney.

The business works with a range of well-known commercial clients and has built a strong reputation across renewable and energy infrastructure projects. With continued growth across the business, they are now looking to bring on an Electrical Trade Assistant or Unlicensed Electrician to support their installation and project teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build long-term experience within the commercial electrical and renewables space while working alongside experienced electricians on varied projects.

The Role

Working across commercial and renewable projects throughout Sydney, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting electricians with commercial electrical installations
• Cable pulling, cable tray, conduit and containment works
• Solar installation support and mounting works
• Assisting with EV charger and battery system installations
• Site preparation and materials handling
• General electrical trade assistant duties across projects and maintenance works
• Working safely across active commercial and construction environments

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Electrical TA, Trade Assistant, or Unlicensed Electrician
• Exposure to commercial electrical, solar, construction, or industrial environments
• Basic hand and power tool experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• White Card required
• Driver’s licence preferred
• Working at Heights ticket highly desirable
• Solar or renewables exposure highly regarded but not essential
