About the role
As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors with a wide range of family law matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Preparing court bundles and affidavits
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with discovery and disclosure processes
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team
About you
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in family law (paralegal or legal assistant level)
- Strong understanding of family law procedures and documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in legal practice management software(LEAP, Smokeball, FilePro)
