Process Operator

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Process Operator to join our manufacturing team in Elyria, Ohio. This position involves handling, blending, processing, and packaging raw spices and seasonings in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and process raw spices and seasoning ingredients.
  • Operate and monitor blending and packaging equipment.
  • Follow production formulas and manufacturing procedures.
  • Package finished products according to customer specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized while following food safety standards.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with material handling and movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
