About the role:
Reporting to the Design/Drafting Manager, you will become part of a high performing, supportive and collaborative team.

About the role:
Reporting to the Design/Drafting Manager, you will become part of a high performing, supportive and collaborative team.
- Produce clear, accurate, and compliant working drawings based on sales sketches and client requirements
- Deliver high-quality drafting work with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Contract Administrators, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery
- Work closely with Estimating to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions
- Ensure all designs comply with NCC requirements, R-Codes, and relevant industry standards
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a Draftsperson with a WA residential builder
- Sound knowledge of WA building codes and construction requirements
- Positive, self-motivated, and proactive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Salary up to $110,000 + super
