You’ll take ownership across campaigns, content, digital, and events within a high-performing, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together.

The Opportunity
You’ll step into a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role working closely with leadership, marketing, and estimating teams.

We’re specifically looking for candidates with experience within the construction or property development industry, who understand project-based environments, stakeholder communication, and branding within the built environment sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating content across social, website, and EDMs
  • Managing social media and campaign execution
  • Supporting tenders, presentations, and business development activity
  • Coordinating events and marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining website content and brand consistency

What We’re Looking For
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Previous experience within the construction or property development industry
  • A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe InDesign, or WordPress
  • A proactive mindset, someone who takes ownership and gets things done
