About The Role:

The Product Manager will collaborate closely with the CEO to define and execute the product vision and roadmap.

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into a Chief Product Officer (CPO) position, overseeing broad monetization strategies and contributing to the executive team.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in product management and a passion for developing world-class products.


Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify user challenges and develop improvement strategies.

• Utilize advanced technologies to enhance product value.

• Manage the product organization and foster the growth of team members.

• Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive product initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.


Requirements:


Required:

• Proven experience in leadership roles such as VPoP/PdM/Product Responsibility.

• Over 5 years of experience managing the entire product management process from strategy formulation to product roadmap and feature implementation.


Preferred:

• Experience in B2B enterprise product development.

• Experience managing multiple products or driving business initiatives as a business leader.
