Production Associate – RF Welding

Location: Wickliffe
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate- $16.25 to $16.75
3rd: Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am

Job Description:
We are seeking Production Associates for an RF Welding area to operate equipment used to seal and assemble flexible containment products. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate RF welding equipment (training provided)

  • Load materials and monitor weld cycles

  • Inspect finished seams and products for quality

  • Package completed products for shipping

  • Follow safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift to 25 lbs

  • Comfortable working around machinery

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Manufacturing experience a plus
