What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and complex repairs on BMW vehicles
- Advanced diagnostics and fault-finding using manufacturer systems
- Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and accurately
- Supporting workshop productivity and mentoring junior technicians when required
- Ensuring all work meets BMW standards and compliance requirements
- Proven experience working with BMW vehicles (essential)
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Senior-level capability or ready to step into a senior role
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong work ethic and team-focused mindset
- Relevant automotive qualifications
