Contract Systems Analyst - Java

Successful candidate will be seconded to our client in Public Sector

Project Nature:
IT project development, systems enhancements and maintenance

Job Description:
- To conduct market research and resource estimation for implementation of IT system(s);
- To coordinate contractors to conduct various IT activities, monitor contractors' progress and take corrective actions;
- To set up and maintain different system environments using client's Cloud system;
- To provide ongoing support to IT systems;
- To provide support to quality management and system continuous improvement;
- To perform user requirement collection, system analysis and design, application development and testing;
- To facilitate business end users for user acceptance;
- To support procurements of IT products and services;
- To carry out other IT related duties as and when required; and
- To work in non-office hours as and when required.

Requirement Details:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum of 4 years' working experience in web-based application development (using Java) and 1 year as similar capacity as Systems Analyst
- Strong sense of responsibilties, and good analytic, presentation & liaison skills;
- Solid experience in programming with database, such as MariaDB;
- Solid experience in designing IT systems and maintaining effective data schema;
- Solid experience in user requirement elicitation and analysis;
- Solid project development experience in IT system in Government Cloud Infrastructure System;
- Able to work with business end users and multiple technical parties;
- Solid experience in using Angular, Spring framework, AsposeTotal for JAVA, Kendo UI and iText is preferred;
- Experience in IT system implementation is preferred; and
- Experience in AI application development is preferred.
