Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational Engineering Consultancies company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15-20 years’ experience in finance system project for the job of Finance System Business Partner. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include: 

• Report directly to the Platforms Manager and dotted line to the Regional Finance Controller
• Manage technical platform (Oracle) requirements for finance month-end processes.
• Configure, test, and integrate ERP platforms to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide timely user support, resolving tickets and escalating issues where necessary.
• Use SQL and other tools to audit, interrogate, and analyse financial systems and databases.
• Contribute to system architecture alignment with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Translate user requirements into solutions, delivering projects to agreed deadlines.
• Partner with third-party support providers to resolve platform issues.
• Minimize outages during upgrades and ensure thorough testing of new releases.
• Support end-to-end business processes across Finance, Projects, and ERP tools, ensuring compliance with financial standards and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, ICT, or related discipline.
• Experience gained within in big four firm will be considered an advantage
• Core accounting knowledge (qualified or part-qualified).
• Experience in project management and business analytics.
• Strong functional business analysis skills, including documentation of processes and workflows.
• Proven track record of partnering with the business to deliver requirements and projects.
• Technical expertise in ERP and finance systems (ORACLE), with a strong understanding of system architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to analyse large datasets.
