DRD Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Applecross. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in recruitment or mobilisation, supporting candidates mobilising to mine sites across the Pilbara and understands the pace, compliance and detail required in a high-volume resources environment.

This is a key support role within our business, working closely with Recruiters, Managers, Directors and Payroll to ensure smooth mobilisation, compliance and candidate management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting end-to-end candidate mobilisation for Pilbara mine sites
  • Administering candidate records through JobAdder and Excel
  • Coordinating and tracking medicals, inductions, licences, competencies and compliance documentation
  • Screening applications and posting job advertisements
  • Ensuring candidates meet site-specific and client compliance requirements
  • Providing post-placement and ongoing candidate support
  • Assisting with mobilisation, safety and HR administration
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers, metrics and reports
  • Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives
About You
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and currently living in Perth
  • Minimum 1-3+ years' experience in a recruitment, mobilisation or similar administrative role
  • Previous experience mobilising candidates to mine or remote sites highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Confident using recruitment systems and databases (JobAdder experience desirable)
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Comfortable following processes while contributing ideas for new improvements - Make this your own! 
  • Must reside south of the river, as this role is based in our Applecross office
