Role: Facilities Operation Assistant
Location: South West Sydney
Package: $110k inclusive of super - 10% STI
The Role:
You will be the Facilities Operations assistant, supporting with compliance and operations across 3 centres in South West Sydney, working closely with the centre manager and operations manager.

The Role:
You will be the Facilities Operations assistant, supporting with compliance and operations across 3 centres in South West Sydney, working closely with the centre manager and operations manager.
Your duties and responsibilities will be as followed:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Manage subcontractors
- Carry out regular inspections of the centres,
- Maintain asset registers, PPM’s and lifecycle planning
- Manage capital works at the centre
- Manage tenant relationships, responding effectively to any issues that may arise
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Experience within facilities in a retail environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with tenants and subcontractors
- Good understanding of health and safety compliance
- Sound technical building operations experience
