Territory Sales Manager - QLD North

• Carpet and flooring solutions tailored for residential and commercial applications

Key Clients Include:

• Carpet Call
• Carpet Court
• Andersens
• All major independent flooring retailers across Queensland

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales across the assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with both major retailers and independents
• Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the region
• Present and promote carpet product ranges to suit client needs
• Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide accurate market intelligence and competitor activity reports
• Represent the brand at trade events and in-store training sessions

• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven ability to self-motivate, work independently, and manage territory travel
• A confident, personable individual who can hold meaningful conversations and build long-term client relationships

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in carpet, flooring, interiors, or related product sales
• Background in working with retail and merchant networks
• Understanding of regional customer dynamics and structured sales processes
