Field Manager- Residential Construction (Cincinnati, OH)

• Oversee the construction process from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout.
• Manage daily site operations, including safety inspections, work progress, and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment on all job sites.
• Monitor construction quality standards, identifying and resolving on-site issues as they arise.
• Maintain comprehensive records of job site activities, including daily reports, inspections, and change orders.
• Oversee project close-out activities such as punch list completion, final inspections, and site demobilization.
• Act as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction, with a strong preference for single-family or community development projects.
• Familiarity with ground-up residential construction, managing all aspects of the build process.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe job site.
• Experience managing projects valued at $5M or more is a plus.
