- Active Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
- State-specific Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration
- Current DEA registration

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
- Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
- Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
- Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
- Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
- Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
- Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
- Performs other duties as assigned
- All nurse practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
- BLS upon hire
- Active Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license
- State-specific Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) registration
- Current DEA registration
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, urgent care, emergency department, or related setting
