Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to Administrators and facility leadership teams within the region.
- Ensure facilities maintain compliance with state, federal, and company regulations and standards.
- Drive census growth, revenue, and financial performance across the portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (clinical, financial, and operational).
- Support facilities in survey readiness, quality improvement, and corrective action plans.
- Mentor and develop leadership teams to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to set goals, align strategies, and implement best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between facilities, corporate leadership, residents, families, and community partners.
- Travel regularly to facilities within the region to provide on-site support and oversight.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required.
- Minimum 5 years of multi-site leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, reimbursement systems, and industry standards.
- Proven track record in financial management, census development, and operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
