Property Lawyer (4+ PAE) – Perth

Introduction
This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer to join a well-established firm and work across a broad mix of commercial and property matters. You will be part of a collaborative team, advising a diverse client base while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills.

The Role

• Manage a diverse caseload across property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing and development matters.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of documents, including contracts for sale of land, leases, and general commercial agreements.
• Provide advice on regulatory and compliance matters, including relevant property legislation and land use issues.

About You

• You will ideally have 4+ years’ post-admission experience in property and general commercial law, with strong drafting and analytical skills.
• You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• You will be organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to mentoring junior team members.
