Seeking a skilled Integration Support Specialist to join our Federal Government Client.

Initial 12 Months Contract with extension
Sydney based
Hybrid work flexibility 2-3 days on-site / 2 days WFH

We are seeking a skilled Integration Support Specialist to manage, monitor, and support API integrations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves troubleshooting issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, and ensuring reliable, high-quality system performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Support and manage APIs, including configuration, testing, and performance monitoring
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for resolution
• Assist partners/users with onboarding and authentication-related concerns
• Produce reports, dashboards, and maintain documentation following best practices
• Participate in incident support, on-call rotations, and team-based development activities (e.g., sprints, stand-ups)

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ experience working as API and/or Integration Support related role
• Experience in a support/operations role
• Demonstrable experience in administration and configuration of MuleSoft, IBM API Connect, Dell Boomi or similar
• Proven experience working in high-pressure environments
• Quality-driven approach to improving and streamlining processes
• Ability to work in DevOps environment and configure and support CI/CD functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Exposure to CRM systems is a plus
