Seeking a BE/BC Outpatient Psychiatrist to join a well-established, collaborative behavioral health team in northwest Indiana, providing high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive outpatient setting.
Position Highlights:
Established outpatient psychiatry practice with strong collegial support
Flexible full-time schedule with sustainable patient volume
Average outpatient volume of 16–22 patients per day
Weekday call rotation approximately 1:8
No evening, night, or weekend call (tele-psychiatry provides after-hours coverage)
Strong clinical support staff and coordinated care model
May provide coverage across multiple regional clinics
Focus on long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
