What you’ll be doing

  • Drive production performance through KPI ownership, improving efficiency, reliability, and product quality
  • Develop and lead shift supervisors and operators, strengthening capability, accountability, and succession planning
  • Own operational response to process upsets, leading troubleshooting and supporting capital and turnaround initiatives

What you’ll bring

  • 8–15 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial operations
  • Proven leadership of frontline operations teams within a process environment
  • Strong understanding of PSM, regulatory compliance, and process safety frameworks
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting capability within complex continuous process systems
