Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily catering operations alongside the successful delivery of multiple functions and events
- Oversee service delivery across multiple operational areas, ensuring high standards, efficiency, and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
- Drive commercial performance through effective budgeting, labour planning, stock control, and cost management
- Lead, coach, and develop teams while promoting health, safety, food safety, and environmental compliance
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience managing service delivery across multiple operational sites or service areas
- Strong experience coordinating and delivering functions and events
