The Role

• Provide proactive practice support across the full matter lifecycle, including billing, matter setup, budgeting and deadline coordination
• Deliver administrative and document support such as diary and travel management, document formatting, and file management
• Contribute to broader office operations, including supporting Front of House and assisting with team and firm-wide initiatives

About You

• You will ideally have 3–5 years’ experience in a law firm or professional services environment, with exposure to finance or transactional practice areas beneficial
• You demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office capability
• You take a proactive, collaborative and inclusive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
