CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking Expressions of Interest for an Indigenous Community and Communications Relationship Manager for an exciting new Pilot Recycling Project.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a project focused on innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, with the role expected to commence from June 2026 and run for approximately 12 months. This Brisbane-based opportunity will play a key role in strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities, stakeholders, and project partners throughout the program lifecycle.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and community-focused professional with experience in Indigenous engagement, stakeholder relations, and communications. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong community relationships, driving Indigenous workforce participation initiatives, and supporting communication and engagement strategies aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engagement activities with Indigenous communities, stakeholders, and project partners
• Develop and implement engagement and communication strategies
• Support Indigenous workforce participation and community involvement initiatives
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage project communications
• Assist with marketing and community engagement activities across the project
• Monitor engagement activities and provide reporting to management
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and community engagement frameworks

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Understanding of Indigenous communities, cultural awareness, and engagement approaches
• Experience coordinating community engagement or communications initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Strong organisational and reporting capability

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Community Development, Indigenous Studies, Communications, or related discipline highly regarded
• Previous experience in Indigenous engagement, communications, stakeholder management, or community relations preferred
