A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a motivated Town Planner to join their Bendigo office.

As the Town Planner, you will be involved in:
- Preparing and managing planning permit applications
- Assisting with land development and statutory planning projects
- Liaising with Councils, referral authorities, clients, and stakeholders
- Contributing to planning reports and project documentation
- Supporting project delivery across residential, commercial, and community developments
- Assisting with masterplanning and development approval processes
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
We’re open to candidates who are early in their careers and looking to grow, ideally with:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Approximately 1–3 years’ experience within a statutory planning environment.
- A genuine interest in land development and urban growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- You reside in or near Bendigo, as this role will suit someone willing to come into the office to collaborate and learn.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
