EOI - Poultry Process Workers

These positions start as On-Call/ADHOC based on the Plant’s daily production needs, but strong performance and dependability can lead to steady, ongoing shifts.


Responsibilities

• Handle poultry processing tasks like hanging, marinating, bagging, packing, and labelling
• Keep your work area, tools, and machinery clean and up to standard — hygiene matters here
• Stay sharp and focused in a high-speed environment where attention to detail and meeting deadlines are essential for success
• Be ready to lift, move, and stay active throughout your shift — it’s a solid workout

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for dependable workers who show up ready to work and don’t mind getting their hands dirty. Here’s what you’ll need to bring to the table:

• Current Australian work rights with no restrictions 
• Flexibility to jump into morning, afternoon, night shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive, hands-on tasks — lifting, moving, and staying active
• No issues working with poultry products — you’ll be up close and personal with the process
• Able to work comfortably in cold, refrigerated conditions
• Previous factory or process experience is a big plus — especially if you’ve worked in production before
• Strong safety mindset — we want workers who follow the rules and look out for their mates
• Your own reliable transport to get to and from the site
