Skilled Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role involves assembling custom products using hand tools, power tools, hardware, and production drawings while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and work instructions
• Read and interpret production documents, drawings, measurements, and assembly instructions
• Install hardware, fasteners, and components using hand and power tools
• Verify proper alignment, fit, and functionality of assembled products
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
• Identify and correct assembly defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain production pace while meeting quality standards
• Ensure completed products meet customer and company requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements

• Previous assembly, fabrication, woodworking, millwork, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, drills, nailers, routers, saws, measuring devices, or similar equipment
• Ability to read tape measures and perform accurate measurements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and follow production drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• $19.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
